I took my GMC Terrain to the dealer because of a warranty issue and arrived at about 3:30 pm. I was given a rental car and received a call by the end of the day that my car was ready and the first oil change had been completed. Thank you Williamson Cadillac and Service Mike McKesson for taking care of it quickly! I recommend Williamson Cadillac on a regular basis because of the way we are treated.

Bottom line we needed to replace thermostat only at this time at a cost of 1600 dollars. Not happy should have adressed problem earlier.

Overall my experience was good. My sales person was Rita and she was very helpful. She was very vigilant when the cashier made a big mistake in not attaining my down payment signature. The cashier was also wearing sunglasses which was not appropriate in my opinion. My only negative point is that there were certain features on my purchased vehicle that were not explained. As this is my first time with a car with so many features, I unknowingly hit the SOS button and accidentally triggered emergency response services. I was able to cancel but it was not a good experience for me. The finance person, I felt, was a bit rushing. I don’t feel like everything was explained well. When doing the paperwork I was informed Ally bank was going to finance me and then when the time came it was another bank not specified. Not that it makes a difference in payment, however, it was not the information that was given to me. On the positive note, the finance guy offered me an extended warranty that made more financial sense for me which was nice.

I was informed that my battery was no good and needed to be replaced for $325. I told them I couldn’t do it at the time as the battery was only 1 year old but decided to go somewhere else to check the battery life. The battery was checked 3x and showed to me as a good battery. I am disappointed and feel taken advantage from that I was lied to. After being a customer for over a decade I will take my business elsewhere!

I have went back twice in two weeks for the same issue. Now my sensor lights are back on again. I don’t think the mechanics really diagnose and solve the issue. My engine light was on and I had to go back several times to figure it out. I don’t like that we can’t talk to the mechanics directly, which I asked for. Although the service advisor is nice, she doesn’t know what’s going on or understand the issue my car makes. The service manager could careless.

the oil change service was fine, however they did not fill the DEF tank as indicated in the oil change menu (check and top off all fluids ) second oil change to our 2024 Yukon ( 3.0 duramax ) the first one was the same thing, we needed to call and go back for them to add DEF they always conveniently forget to do

As a first-time car buyer, I came into this experience feeling cautious and a bit defensive, unsure of what to expect. I had another offer on the table from Brickell Buick, but working with Anthony Figueredo at Williamson Cadillac quickly gave me the confidence to move forward here instead. Anthony was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions and walk me through each step. While not every single detail landed exactly as promised, overall it was an excellent experience. I especially appreciated Anthony taking the time to go over several features on the car, assisting me with setting up OnStar, and making sure the odometer reading was accurately reflected on the contract β€” little details that made a big difference. At one point, when I had no ride to pick up the car, he even offered to come pick me up himself, which was a kind gesture even though it wasn’t ultimately needed. I also really enjoyed how much of the purchase I was able to handle remotely over the phone β€” that flexibility made the whole process so much more convenient. Thanks to this positive experience, Williamson Cadillac has absolutely earned my business going forward. Thank you again for making my first car purchase a smooth and enjoyable one!

I got there yesterday at 8:30 am to get my oil changed. The employee said that it was going to take about an hour or 30 minutes. So I waited there and didn’t receive a call or a text if that my car was ready. I was there almost at 10 am! So I talked to the other employee about my vehicle and he said it’s been ready like 30 minutes ago and I should have gotten a text or message back that my car was ready! He felt bad for me and apologized. So next time, I would like received a text message asap. Thanks!

Sales dept has been great! Service is mostly good. Very busy service dept. I love the machine that scans the car all the way around even underneath. Did oil change and they found a nail in my tire and patched it up. I appreciate that. The prices are way too high, but service is very good. Just one time they forgot to put the engine oil cap back and my car was smoking. Not good. Went back and they replaced the cap. However that was negligent and dangerous. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Everyone was very professional and kind. Both my husband and I are handicap and someone voluntarily drove up on a golf cart and took us to the door of the Service Department (I feel Horrible that I did not ask his name). Our Service Advisor was John Varela. He was outstanding. He gave us an estimated time when our vehicle would be completed and fast. We were able to have a loaner which was needed, since we had multiple doctor appointments while the vehicle was being services. EXCELLENT experience. Highly recommend.

Appointment at 10 am-I was on time- took shuttle to Merrick park to shop-Uber back at 11:40- have receipt on phone- was was still in same spot at 10 am!!! Inquired as to what was going on. Was told you have only one picoscope. Car was then brought back to service. 45 minutes later it was finished Waited another 10 minutes to have it brought up to valet area. Traveled from key largo-ocean reef- for appointment -would have arrived at noon and saved two hours. Not what I expect from one of the top GMC dealerships in Miami. Appreciate what you did, but will I return for the next oil change and/or service???? Good Question!! (If you only have one pico, then spread schedule out. I understand its warranty service- another issue with GM-85K Denali with potentially bad engine)

I took in my Hummer for standard maintenance, basically a tire rotation , I made the mistake of ask h how long it would take , and my rep thought I was bringing it in , for an issue , which I actually do have issues , and he came back with it will Most likely take a month , that is the back long we have , so I opted not the tell him about the issue , and just had them do the service , because I needed the car for the holiday season , that being said , the fact that he gave me a time table like makes me feel that the dealership is not equipped to handle EV cars , I hope I am wrong about this , but a month seems like a long time to fix an issue on a car with 6k miles ,

I was recommended to him by one of his repeat clients. On the other hand you have the finance manager who I didn’t feel very comfortable with. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he was upset but the process was very rushed maybe he had to leave somewhere and he wasn’t pleasant, borderline rude. Would not want to give him my business or send any of my family members his way. Maybe if o was financing more money or adding gap insurance or warranty he would be nicer. Who knows.
